The script BestWeb 2004 Forum is a Discsusion Boards script (professional forum systems).
Bestweb is an easy to customize, usenet style threaded discussion forum script with mlutiple language, multiple forum support.
The new 2004 version is almost a rewrite, utilizing users selected language, lay-out plus instant messaging service.
It also has auto archiving, optional electronic mail notification, optional picture/URL submission features. The new admin sectoin includes message moving, and poster IP lookup features.
